I suggest you get also ccleaner...it's not anti-virus but it's good to cleanup your pc http://www.ccleaner.com/
There are many free AVs out there, a couple which are excellent. Search and download one. As it installs, it will probably detect it. If it's not a really bad one, it could probably fix it, otherwise, it will direct you on how to do it manually.
Boot up in safe mode , go to http://www.f-secure.com/security_center/ and do a free online scan. This usually allows the virus protection to remove it as the trojan hasn't started.

Wipe your hard drive.
