for a trojan you need an anti-virus program, and to remove programs from your computer go to control panel then go to ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS then select the program you wanna uninstall then go through the prompt
AVG Free virus scan regular and in soft mode (2 scans) AVG can be downloaded Griswalt.com Download Spybot search and destroy, Adaware SE from Lavasoft and Microsoft Windows Defender is another one to add to it.These are all free.
