This is going to sound a little harsh, don't be mad. If you have to ask, then you aren't ready to know. Once you have the skills to do it, you will without having to ask. Learn programming.
You will need to gather some material first. Get a big pile of wood, some nails and a hammer. Invite your friends over for a weekend and ask them to help you build a giant wooden horse. WHen you are done, take the horse and put it in your flatbed scanner. Now you have your very own computer trojan horse.
