If your songs are on your ipod, they're safe. There are programs that save from ipod to computer without deleting them. Reboot your computer and on the black screen press F11. It's the recovery portion of your computer. You can follow instructions from there

If you can't fix spyware or virus problems in that computer, remove the hard drive and plug into other computer which has antivirus and antispyware software installed and updated. Backup your data by that way.

After backing up your data, format that hard drive and install new windows installation.

Be sure to use antispyware and antivirus from now on.
