My computer got a Trojan horse-zero day attack.is there any free program to remove it?

If its a zero-day attack I would suggest you post a HijackThis log at BleepingComputer.com. There someone will help you remove the infections manually as it does not seem like your software is able to do it automatically. Instructions for posting a HijackThis log can be found here:
