How do I eliminate the Trojan.vundo virus?

Nortan Anti-virus, nor Webroot Spy Sweeper cannot eliminate this virus. Nortan constantly tells me that it has detected a virus, and it is eliminating it. The window will pop up four times. I reboot my computer, but the virus is still there.

I am afraid to do any banking with this virus.
