If your anti-virus can't get rid of it, then try a "System Restore", if that doesn't work then go for a "Full Restore" (remember to save your important files first).
Some Trojans disable the System Restore and the Full Restore Utilities so then the only choice is clean the Hard Drive, reformat it and re-Install the Operative System (Windows or whatever you have).
