If you have a program that found it, then you must have an anti-virus program. You should have the options within that program to delete or at least quarantine the file.

You can download a program like AVG and run it.

Spybot search %26 destroy is only for malware. It will not find and remove viruses.

Also, if you have removed the infected file, and it keeps showing up again. Turn off your system restore by right clicking my computer, click on properties, then on the system restore tab. Turn OFF system restore, reboot, run the virus scan and delete the file. Reboot, turn system restore back on.

Sometimes, virus programs delete files but system restore keeps restoring the file.

with

avg anti-virus
try using spybot (htp://www.spybot.com) this is freeware and can clean up a ton of viruses...
