I have LOADS of trojan horses?

ok. i scanned windows in safe mode (with networking) and there are 3 or 4.

i delete them all. should i not?

then i scan again there are like 2 -3

then i scan again and again and there are like 4 every time.

when i don't go on safe mode, and just start windows normally, my computer is filled with Virus detected messeges. they're everywhere i can't hit delete fast enough. HELP!!!!!

safe mode is the only good place and i can't work here

what should i do? im using AntiVir PE classic its the one with the umbrella.

I accidentaly ran an exe file so trojans went everywhere and started putting porn on my desktop, only on regular mode though, but it's not doing it now, but my virus program is finding millions of trojans. system restore is off for me.
