Virus, Spyware, Malware, Adware, Trojan on computer freeking out!!!?

My computer is really messed up and I really need a guide or free program to fix those symptoms! Please!

OK, here are a few tips.

First of all, go to download.com and search download the following programs:

1- Adaware: Install this program, update it and search and remove all threats found.

2- Spybot Search and Destroy: Install this program, update it and search and remove all threats found.

If you do not have an anti virus, or your anti virus subscription is out of date, also search and download AVG Antivirus free addition, this is a great program, and gets rid of most viruses that threat your computer, plus updates every day in a couple of seconds. I'd also advise this program over Norton Antivirus. (Plus scan every week atleast)

If you also do not have a Firewall, search and download Zone Alarm, with this program you can allow or deny anything that is going in or out of your computer, when installed, deny any programs you do not recognise wishing access.

Also another thing you can do is go into My Computer, C drive, then program files, and uninstall any programs that you have not installed your self, if you cannot find a way to uninstall a program, go into control pannel and open Add/remove software and uninstall them there.
